The Detroit Housing Network (DHN) and it's Network Members represent an alliance of housing agencies that have come together to provide clear and equitable access to housing services. We are united by the idea that this access will empower our neighbors to be financially mobile, increase their access to home ownership and strengthen Detroit’s neighborhoods.
The mission of the Detroit Housing Network is to create healthy neighborhoods and advance racial equity in our communities by increasing housing stability and affordable home ownership for Detroit residents.
WHAT DID WE PROVIDE?
For the Detroit Housing Network (DHN), 1104 Films partnered with Fusion92 to create a series of engaging visual stories for the campaign titled “Your House, Your Legacy” aimed at supporting and empowering Detroit residents through home ownership. Filmed on location in Detroit, this project focused on the essential support offered by DHN’s network members, including financial literacy, property tax and home buyer assistance. Our main team consisted of Executive Producer, Gabriel Freeman, stills captured by photographer Jimel Primm and Cinematography by Clark bishop, III. 1104 Films provided production and post production for this integrated campaign.
Our deliverables included:
Client Profile Films: Each film showcases real-life success stories from participants in the property tax and home buyer assistance programs. The videos are crafted in both 30-second and 15-second cut-downs, optimized for Digital OTT, web, and social media platforms.
Stills Production: A collection of high-quality images captured for billboard advertising and digital use, enhancing the visual narrative across various platforms.
This collaboration aimed not only to inform but to inspire and motivate residents to take advantage of the resources available to them, fostering community growth and stability.
